West Sussex Mind has teamed up with Adur and Worthing District Councils, Worthing charity Olly's Future, Worthing Samaritans and training companies Living Works and Start the Conversation for this campaign.
This is the first time key suicide prevention charities have come together in Adur and Worthing to help prevent people taking their own lives.
Other local charities and groups are also supporting us.
The Preventing Suicide in Adur and Worthing campaign launches on World Suicide Prevention Day tomorrow, (Friday, September 10) when local councillors will take part in one of our free, short training options.
We’re running a series of training courses, from September to December, for people who work with the public to learn about what to look out for and how to respond to someone in crisis.
This will then be an annual campaign, running from September to February each year, giving people clear advice on where to go for support, offering training for people working with the public and providing a space for people to share their experiences.
Why not sign up today for one of our Talking About Suicide training courses - doing so could help to save someone's life.

We also have a social media tool kit with ready-made posts for you to share so you can help us save lives.
