A new approach to coproduction
CAPITAL Charity has been commissioned to engage directly with service users to understand how current services are meeting their needs. The goal is to use these insights to shape future support systems, empowering individuals with lived experience to be at the heart of decision-making.
The Coproduction Community Fund, with a total of £40,000, has been set aside to support community-led initiatives designed by and for people affected by drug and alcohol challenges. With funding opportunities limited, this initiative offers a vital opportunity to direct resources where they will have the greatest impact.
We want your voice to be heard—how should this funding be used to support peer-led projects in your community? Join us at this event to share your ideas and shape the future of drug and alcohol services in West Sussex.
What to expect:
Inspiring stories: Hear from individuals with lived experience about their journeys and the importance of peer-led support.
Workshops: Engage in interactive sessions designed to help refine ideas and solutions for the Coproduction Fund.
Collaboration: Help us collectively determine how to allocate the available funding for maximum community benefit.
