The BBC news website has published an interesting news story about how people can look after their mental health while working from home.
Its key findings are:
Get as much natural daylight as you can, for example by moving your workspace close to a window and/or using mirrors to reflect the light;
Keep out distracting noise, possibly using headphones or earplugs;
Declutter;
Keep active by taking regular walks and trying to stand up as much as possible;
Use plants to 'green' your space and keep you connected to the natural world;
Have social contact where you can, by keeping in touch with family and friends on the phone and online, as well as by exercising with someone from outside your household, in line with current guidelines.
