Lockdown has seen a huge rise in the number of people cooking from scratch. In fact some ingredients for comfort home baking can still be difficult to come by.
But does what you eat make a difference to your mental health? Can eating less sugar and fat and more fruit and vegetables do more than improve your physical wellbeing?
