Last week, 2-6 November, was International Stress Awareness Week. Mind in Brighton and Hove have produced a wellbeing information and tips sheet, Managing Stress, reflecting the issues raised by stress, and offering links to a wide range of resources to help you recognise the symptoms of stress, and how to deal with it.
Although there is no medical definition of stress, it can cause issues for people. The wellbeing information and tips sheet suggests ways of managing external pressures, and ways to develop emotional resilience. There is also a link to national Mind's stress information page.
