Healthwatch West Sussex is doing a survey to explore people’s experiences of living with pain and asking them what works and doesn’t work for them in terms of their pain management and care.
The idea is that, by comparing lots of different people's experiences, responses to the survey will help to shape the future design of services. From April 2023, the NHS will be commissioning services to help people with painful bone and joint conditions.
All responses are provided anonymously and anyone over 18 years of age can contribute. If you have questions about this survey, or would prefer to complete the survey over the phone, please call 0300 012 0122 or email helpdesk@healthwatchwestsussex.co.uk.
If you feel that you have had constructive and positive conversations with your clinician(s) about managing your pain and treatment options, Healthwatch West Sussex would be very interested in talking with you further.
