Mental Health Support
24 Mar 2021
There has been much in the news this week about the range of online and text scams that have increased over the course of the pandemic. To help keep the community safe from these activities - which include romance fraud, vaccine scams and courier fraud - West Sussex County has produced a range of resources:
- Sign up to the Staying Safe Online monthly E-newsletter
- Follow the campaign on Twitter & Facebook - @WSxSafeOnline
- Visit your local library (when restrictions allow) to pick up a free Get Safe Online leaflet
- A small team of Library Digital Volunteers can offer remote support for basic digital enquiries (including online safety) phone 0330 222 3455, or email your name, phone number and a brief description of the help needed to: library.digital.support@westsussex.gov.uk
- Request to be added to the distribution list for monthly campaign by emailing communitysafety.wellbeing@westussex.gov.uk
- Download the Get Safe Online leaflet and the Guide To Keeping Your Children Safe Online - you can download these below
- Visit the webpage for information and to find out about free webinars and events
