Are you passionate about ending rough sleeping? Pathfinder alliance member Stonepillow, which provides services for homeless and vulnerable people, has a job vacancy for a Homeless Assertive Outreach Worker.
Working as an Outreach Worker you are involved in making contact and rapid intervention with people sleeping rough, assessing their needs, and delivering personalised case management; to support individuals to make the move away from the streets. This role will suit someone with experience, or desire, to deal with rough sleepers with multiple needs and the ability to work with challenging behaviour. You will also have some understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people and the difficulties they experience in accessing services.
