Offering individual tailored support to people wishing to find employment or retain support with their existing job.
Southdown Supported Employment is for adults who have mental health support needs to secure employment or support to retain their existing employment. The service provides free, independent, and confidential support. Sessions are held 1:1 with the Pathfinder Employment Specialist and tailored to individual goals. Appointments take place in the community, for example at a local cafe, with a focus on securing paid employment and the steps that will be needed to get there.
